Fixed taking fall damage/Glitching into things when /menu swapping characters

Sometimes swapping characters makes my chosen take fall damage or glitch into the floor.
Been /menu swapping characters in and around the LV ammunation.

When do you take the damage? Is it at the time you use /menu on your current character or when you spawn back into a character?
