Additions
- Added the ability to fill your fuel can
- A full fuelcan holds 30 fuel
- For now it fills instantly from a fuel pump, I am planning to change it but I want to make the UI change fit with the rest of the HUD
- Added the ability to fill a vehicle with a fuel can
- Added the ability to fix a vehicle using the scrap item
- Please note fixing doors, panels and lights might not show the fix visually for now I need to work more on why that is, and might need to implement a system where the system respawns the vehicle with the changes.
- Tyres and health fixes fine
- It costs 10 scrap to heal 100 car health
- It costs 16 scrap to fix the other aspects of the vehicle.
Changes
- Fuel is no longer a percentage and instead has a maximum
- This is in preparation for a potential system for upgrading vehicles in a later patch
- Characters can now only hold 1 fuel can at a time
- It now only costs 1000 monies to create a faction (did cost 100,000)
- The 1000 paid goes into the faction "inventory" (75,000 used to go into the "inventory")

- Some timers were not being killed when a player disconnected/logged off their character
